Hello! I'm Kim.

A little about me...
I’ve been a dietitian for 29 years, specializing in outpatient nutrition for the last 15 years. In that time I've worked with both adults and children, establishing treatment plans for varying nutritional concerns and disease states. I’ve developed a passion for people of all ages to have freedom with eating and a positive relationship with food.

Services
- Specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders for children and teens, including anorexia nervosa, atypical anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)

- Sports nutrition for adolescents and teens

- Education for parents whose children have pediatric feeding problems including selective eating, GI issues, and food allergies

- Education and support for adults who wish to improve overall health and wellness for the whole person, with a non - diet approach
